HG Series Vacuum Aluminum Brazing Furnace
1. Application
It is suitable for aluminum brazed products such as aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers, automobile radiators, automobile air conditioning evaporators, condensers, radar network antennas and waveguides. It features pollution-free, flux-free, no porosity, no slag inclusion and energy saving.
2. Features
2.1 The equipment adopts external circulation cooling mode, with separate heating and cooling systems.
2.2 Full metal shielding is adopted for heat preservation to ensure the high vacuum required for workpiece brazing.
2.3 Multi-zone temperature control is adopted for heating, which can ensure good temperature uniformity in the heating zone.

This product is available in horizontal and vertical types. Various non-standard vacuum aluminum brazing furnaces can also be customized.
