Vacuum Furnace Equipment Selection

Product Details

HG Series Vacuum High-Pressure Gas Quenching Furnace

I. Application

1.1 This equipment is mainly used for vacuum bright gas quenching of hot and cold work high-speed steel, die steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, die steel, titanium alloy and other materials. It can also be used for vacuum dehydrogenation of titanium alloy, vacuum high-temperature brazing, etc., and can weld red copper, stainless steel and other materials.

II. Core Advantages

2.1 The vacuum environment ensures that the vacuum degree in the furnace can reach 4×10⁻¹ Pa (two-stage pump) or 5×10⁻³ Pa (three-stage pump), effectively avoiding workpiece oxidation, no impurities, bright surface without secondary cleaning.

2.2 Imported temperature control instruments with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ ensure precise temperature control. Adopting multi-zone independent temperature control, the temperature uniformity of the furnace chamber is ≤±5℃ (at 1000℃) to ensure consistent heat treatment hardness of each zone of complex components.

2.3 The heat treatment process library can be preset in advance, supporting custom process curve storage, and operation only requires one-click call.

2.4 High stability design: the furnace body adopts a double-layer water-cooled structure + high-quality graphite and one layer of CFC insulation material, with good insulation effect and long service life.

2.5 The equipment can be started with one click, with high automation, and also supports remote operation and monitoring.

III. Selection Reference: Users can select vacuum furnaces with different effective zones according to their product size and output, and customized vacuum furnaces can also be provided according to the customer's requirements.

3. Selection Reference

3.1 Users can select graphite heater or molybdenum heater according to the actual situation of the enterprise. Cooling pressure of 6bar, 10bar or 12bar can also be selected according to the characteristics of the processed materials.
